Also, the role acts as the principal advisor in all areas of IT by providing expert technical guidance for better productivity and cost effectiveness, which includes enhancing the productivity/efficiency through technology, guiding systems development, overseeing application maintenance and security, and providing requisite guidance to the IT infrastructure team of the organization to ensure smooth operations delivery.
